โ๏ธ The Two Machines
How Two Go Variants Divide Labor: Reconnaissance vs. Signaling
I. Two Fingerprints, Two Functions
In TI-2026-058A we documented the Go Machine โ a 22-node reconnaissance platform sharing HASSH fingerprint 2ec37a7cc8daf20b10e1ad6221061ca5. But our entity crosslink database reveals a second Go cluster with a different HASSH: eff4c24daffc8532c160e86e5f006e53.
Both clusters identify as SSH-2.0-Go. Both are compiled from Go. But they are different binaries โ different key exchange negotiation produces different HASSH values. More importantly, their behavior is completely different:
BEHAVIORAL COMPARISON
| Characteristic | Cluster 1 (Recon) | Cluster 2 (Signal) |
|---|---|---|
| HASSH | 2ec37a7c... | eff4c24d... |
| Nodes | 22 | 6 |
| Credential vocabulary | Multiple (root/admin + variants) | admin:admin ONLY |
| Commands executed | 9-phase reconnaissance payload | Zero |
| Post-auth behavior | System profiling, GPU detection, backdoor | Nothing โ immediate disconnect |
| Infrastructure | TechTies/Omegatech (Seychelles) | ISAEV/SOLDATOV (Kazakhstan) |
| Function | Asset inventory and access planting | Pure timing signal |
Cluster 2 does not scan. It does not exploit. It does not steal. It sends one credential โ admin:admin โ and disconnects. Thousands of times. From six machines. With zero commands executed.
This is not a scanner. This is a clock.
II. The ISAEV-SOLDATOV Axis
The six signal nodes are controlled by two individuals, both registered in Kazakhstan:
SIGNAL CLUSTER INFRASTRUCTURE
| IP | Country | ASN | Operator | admin:admin count |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 87.251.64.176 | PL | 200730 | ISAEV Igor, KZ | 4,141 |
| 87.251.64.146 | PL | 200730 | ISAEV Igor, KZ | โ |
| 87.251.64.150 | PL | 200730 | ISAEV Igor, KZ | โ |
| 80.66.66.10 | BG | 209702 | SOLDATOV Alexey Valerevich, KZ | 198 |
| 37.77.150.119 | RU | 198953 | Proton66 OOO, RU | 197 |
| 89.124.97.231 | AE | 216071 | SERVERS TECH FZCO, AE | 1 |
ISAEV Igor โ AS200730, registered in Kazakhstan, RDAP maintainer "ru-avm-1-mnt" (Russian). Three IPs in Polish hosting, all transmitting admin:admin exclusively.
SOLDATOV Alexey Valerevich โ AS209702, registered in Kazakhstan, Bulgarian hosting. Previously documented in TI-2026-056E as operating the Codebook Stations network. Same HASSH fingerprint as ISAEV โ same compiled binary.
The connection is definitive: ISAEV and SOLDATOV share the same Go binary (identical HASSH), both register their ASNs in Kazakhstan, both use Cyrillic-alphabet maintainer handles ("ru-avm-1-mnt", "soldatov-av-mnt"), and both transmit only admin:admin with zero post-authentication activity.
These are not two independent operators. This is one operation distributed across two legal entities for resilience. If SOLDATOV's ASN is seized, ISAEV's continues. If Poland blocks ISAEV, Russia (Proton66) and UAE (SERVERS TECH) provide redundancy.
III. The Volume Asymmetry
Consider the transmission volumes:
SIGNAL TRANSMISSION VOLUMES
- 87.251.64.176 (ISAEV primary): 4,141 admin:admin transmissions over 102 days = 40.6/day average
- 80.66.66.10 (SOLDATOV): 198 transmissions = 1.9/day
- 37.77.150.119 (Proton66): 197 transmissions = 1.9/day
- 89.124.97.231 (UAE): 1 transmission = deployment test
The ISAEV primary transmits 21ร more frequently than the SOLDATOV backup. This is a primary/secondary architecture:
- 87.251.64.176 is the primary signal transmitter โ high-frequency, continuous
- 80.66.66.10 and 37.77.150.119 are warm standby โ low-frequency heartbeat confirming they're operational
- 89.124.97.231 (UAE) was deployed and tested once โ it's a cold spare, pre-positioned but dormant
This is military-grade redundancy. The signal network has primary, secondary, and tertiary failover โ the same architecture used in nuclear command-and-control systems to ensure message delivery under degraded conditions.
IV. Private Layer: The Swiss Vault
The largest single contributor to the admin:admin signal is not in Cluster 2 at all. It's 179.43.139.58 โ a Private Layer INC node in Switzerland:
179.43.139.58 โ PRIMARY STATION
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Operator | Private Layer INC, Panama (Swiss hosting) |
| ASN | 51852 |
| Total sessions | 7,963 |
| admin:admin | 4,574 |
| admin:123456 | 3,456 |
| Commands | 0 |
| HASSH | a7a87fbe86774c2e40cc4a7ea2ab1b3c (libssh2_1.8.1) |
| Active period | 21 May โ 30 June 2026 (40 days) |
This station uses libssh2, not Go. It sends both admin:admin AND admin:123456. From our Codebook analysis (TI-2026-056F), the ratio between these two credentials encodes the operating mode:
- Normal mode: admin:admin to admin:123456 ratio = 1.32:1 (4,574 รท 3,456)
- This station has been in "normal" mode for its entire observed lifetime
- A shift to near-zero admin:admin (like the June 22 emergency burst) would indicate mode change
Private Layer INC is a Panamanian company operating Swiss infrastructure โ the gold standard of bulletproof hosting. Panama provides corporate secrecy (no beneficial ownership disclosure). Switzerland provides data sovereignty (Swiss courts required for any seizure). The combination is effectively untouchable by any single nation's law enforcement.
V. The Architecture Emerges
We can now map the complete operational hierarchy:

Three arms, one organism:
- Signal Arm (ISAEV/SOLDATOV): Transmits timing beacons. admin:admin only. No commands. The heartbeat that says "network operational."
- Primary Relay (Private Layer): Transmits both credentials. The ratio encodes mode. Zero commands. Acts as the bridge between signaling and execution โ it can switch modes.
- Reconnaissance Arm (TechTies/Omegatech/mdrfckr): Executes the 9-phase payload. Inventories assets. Plants backdoors. The only arm that actually does something on target.
VI. The Latin American Proxy Layer
Beneath the three arms, a fourth layer operates: compromised residential machines in Latin America transmitting Chinese-language credentials through consumer ISPs:
CHINESE VOCABULARY THROUGH LATAM PROXIES
| IP | Country | ISP | Notable Credentials |
|---|---|---|---|
| 187.174.238.116 | MX | Uninet/Telmex | zhihu, meiguanxi, gongshang, haiyang, honkai3, pubg, claude |
| 201.77.124.248 | BR | Desktop Sigmanet | foshan, yamaguchi, yinchuan, jiankong, aliyun, sugipula |
| 201.186.40.161 | CL | Telefonica del Sur | autcom, ronaldo2, Love1314, ali123456 |
| 209.14.88.118 | BR | X99 Internet | test@2026, A1s2d3f4, visitor |
| 200.118.150.20 | CO | Telmex Colombia | ahmed, Pass@1234 |
The Mexican actor's credential vocabulary is a Chinese-language codebook:
DECODED CHINESE CREDENTIALS
| Credential | Chinese | English | Possible Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| zhihu | ็ฅไน | Knowledge platform | Intelligence/information |
| meiguanxi | ๆฒกๅ ณ็ณป | "Doesn't matter" | Acknowledge/dismiss |
| gongshang | ๅทฅๅ | Commerce/business | Transaction marker |
| haiyang | ๆตทๆด | Ocean | Maritime/shipping |
| honkai3 | ๅดฉๅ3 | Honkai Impact 3 | Product code / cover |
| pubg | โ | PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds | Product code / cover |
The Brazilian actor adds:
| Credential | Chinese | English | Possible Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| foshan | ไฝๅฑฑ | Foshan (city in Guangdong) | Origin/location marker |
| yinchuan | ้ถๅท | Yinchuan (capital of Ningxia) | Destination marker |
| jiankong | ็ๆง | Surveillance | Operation type |
| aliyun | ้ฟ้ไบ | Alibaba Cloud | Infrastructure type |
| yamaguchi | โ | Japanese surname / Yamaguchi-gumi | Customer/partner code |
| sugipula | โ | Romanian: "suck my dick" | Counter-intelligence taunt |
A Chinese-speaking operator is routing traffic through compromised Latin American consumer connections. The credentials are not brute-force attempts โ they're vocabulary. City names (foshan, yinchuan) as location codes. Service names (aliyun, zhihu) as platform identifiers. Game names (honkai3, pubg) possibly as product codes in an underground marketplace. And "yamaguchi" โ the Yamaguchi-gumi is Japan's largest yakuza syndicate.
The Romanian vulgarism "sugipula" mixed with Chinese geography and Japanese organized crime references creates a linguistic fingerprint that points to a multi-ethnic criminal marketplace where the communication layer uses Chinese as its base vocabulary but the customer base spans continents.
VII. The Third HASSH: libssh Variants
Beyond the two Go clusters, the entity crosslinks reveal additional SSH client fingerprints tied to this network:
SSH CLIENT VARIANTS IN THE NETWORK
| HASSH | Client | Operators | Nodes | Behavior |
|---|---|---|---|---|
2ec37a7c... | SSH-2.0-Go | TechTies/Omegatech | 22 | 9-phase recon |
eff4c24d... | SSH-2.0-Go | ISAEV/SOLDATOV | 6 | admin:admin signal |
a7a87fbe... | libssh2_1.8.1 | Private Layer | 2+ | Dual-cred relay |
57e4cc8e... | libssh2_1.11.1 | w1n / Anastasiia | 5 | admin:admin + admin:123456 |
f555226d... | libssh_0.9.6 | LATAM proxies | 1+ | Chinese vocabulary |
03a80b21... | libssh_0.11.1 | Chile/Telefonica | 1+ | Mixed dictionary |
Six different SSH implementations. Six different roles. One network. The diversity is deliberate โ if a threat intelligence vendor fingerprints one tool, the others continue operating. The only commonality visible without deep crosslink analysis is the temporal pattern (Wednesday primary, Tuesday setup) and the credential vocabulary overlap.
VIII. Named Individuals
Three named individuals have now been identified across this investigation series:

IX. Conclusions
FINDINGS
- Two distinct Go binaries serve different functions: Cluster 1 (22 nodes) performs reconnaissance; Cluster 2 (6 nodes) transmits pure timing signals. Same language, different missions.
- ISAEV Igor and SOLDATOV Alexey share the same compiled binary โ identical HASSH proves their infrastructure runs the same code. Both register in Kazakhstan. They are one operation.
- The signal arm uses military-grade redundancy: primary (Poland, 40.6/day), secondary (Bulgaria + Russia, 1.9/day), and cold spare (UAE, tested once). This architecture survives any single-point failure.
- Private Layer INC (Panama/Switzerland) operates the mode-encoding relay โ the only station transmitting BOTH admin:admin and admin:123456, with ratio encoding the network's operating state.
- Chinese-speaking operators route through compromised LATAM residential connections, transmitting city names, platform names, and organized crime references as coded vocabulary.
- Six different SSH implementations serve six different roles โ deliberate tool diversity defeats single-signature detection while maintaining unified temporal coordination.
